Education: Republic of China Air Force Communication and Electronics College, 1972

Mr. Kuo the founder of the company was an officer with the Republic of China Air Force during the Vietnam War. At the time his unit and the U.S. Air Force’s 2129 Communication Squadron has joint operation. Consequently, he was trained, certified and responsible for the Remove Approach Control Radar at CCK AFB.  As a certified US Air Force Radar Maintenance technician he is not only familiar with the whole process of the maintenance procedure but also has the whole knowledge of the supply lines and quality control.

During the war, The main missions were to secure the airspace over Taiwan strait and to support the US warplanes to ensure their safe returns after missions in Vietnam. Part of which is to coordinate the air refueling for these planes. Thus, all the equipments have to be in the top shape and people in high alert 24hrs/7days.

After the Vietnam War, at first he was served at the 205 Combined Forces Military Armament Factory. Responsible for the installations of the wireless radio station as well as involved with the computerize process of the supplies. Later on he was transferred to 207 Combined Forces Military Armament Factory. Established the radar and wireless radio maintenance center and manage the Long-Wei project. Which is to remove the radars from the scrapped ships, refurbished then reuse them. At the same time, he built a material supply operation computer information center. Which combined the IBM S-34 with the MAPCS software to connect the whole factory operation process.

Mr. Kuo had complete quality control training and received the British ISO certified ISO-9000 and ISO-14000 auditor status. With his knowledge, experiences after left the Service. He founded the International Inspection Control Corporation (IICc) in 1997. The IICc has represented many reputable companies to conduct the quality inspection and control. Which includes ALLIED SIGNAL、 BULL HN、 GE、 HYUNDAI 、 IBM、 LGLP、LITTON、MITSUBISHI、NCD、 NORTHROP GRUMMAN、 PHILIPS、 TI、 TOSHIBA. His success is based on not only he fully understand the needs from his clients but also his professional approach to both the suppliers and the clients. As a third party he understand the importance of trust, fairness and dependable data to back up his audit.

Mr. Kuo used his professional training from the Air Force and years business experiences to found the IICc. Which reflect an old saying in Chinese

“Business World is just like a War zone.”
